Would recommend D & D to everyone. Got a couple trees from them and they where so helpful with everything from questions to loading them up. They will remind you to not to misplace your receipt for your warranty that's good for a year.

Purchased a Lilac bush in September 2024, which was planted, fertilized and watered on a regular basis until fall. By Aug-4 of 2025 the bush had a small amount of growth around the base and some small sprouts on a few branches, looked mostly dead. When we tried to return the bush for an exchange, we were told that we needed the original receipt, the charge on our credit card statement wasn't good enough. Even though the tag from D&D Nursery was still on the stem. This may explain why the parking lot is usually empty. Word to the wise!

Last Summer I picked up one load of mulch, I told the guy who works there “ the one with a beard and long hair” I will be back to get one more, I came back 20 minutes before closing time he told me he put the Bobcat a way and he close for the day. I never went back again that was Horrible i will give them a zero star. now i am happy with Green Bay nursery baby.

I have used D& D before to have gravel delivered, 3 times to purchase mulch and once to purchase hydrangeas. Purchasing mulch (I hauled it with a small trailer) went well. Hydrangeas did well and are growing. The first time I had gravel delivered we scheduled a delivery time. They didn't show. When I called them they asked to schedule a time for the next morning instead. I have a pretty flexible schedule and understand that no one is perfect so I went ahead and scheduled and they delivered the next morning. The driver was not on time, but I was home anyway. The following year I called to order a large load of sand. When we discussed delivery options (it was currently a Wednesday) he said that they wouldn't be delivering Thursday or Friday this week and they were now closed on the weekends. I choose the following Monday for delivery. He wouldn't take payment over the phone and my schedule that week only allowed me to get to their store and pay on Friday. He assured me that was good and he would be expecting me Friday. On Friday, I packed up my family and drove to their location and there was a sign on the door that said "closed due to weather". It was a gentle sprinkling rain. I wa

The designer Scott can be kind of hard to get a hold of,but is willing to help. I like the job they did in my backyard, but in my front yard I pulled all of the bushes they put in out since they were all half dead. They had been in the ground for over a year, and when I went to take them out all I had to do was give them a small tug & they popped right out, which tells me they were not planted correctly to begin with.
